Operations Manager

We are searching for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive teammate to join as Operations Manager.

This role is critical in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our firm and our vibrant Work-Bench community. If you excel at being the behind-the-scenes maestro who keeps everything running seamlessly and thrives on finding creative solutions - we’d love to chat!

You’ll get to:

• Manage team calendars, schedules, and travel logistics
• Oversee operational processes to ensure team efficiency
• Coordinate meetings, events, and complex logistical arrangements
• Own event logistics from conception to completion across 100+ dynamic events here in NYC - both in-person and online, across event budgeting, vendor coordination, and detailed planning
• Make our office a home and manage office systems and support
• Support and drive internal and external team initiatives
